Order Process:

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This email is not an order confirmation. Your order is accepted only when we send a confirmation email, at which point a contract is formed.

Pricing:

All prices are shown in US Dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

Shipping:

Shipping Options:

• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.

Return Window:

We offer a 15-day return or exchange window from the date you receive your item(s).

Eligibility Requirements:

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

• In original, unused condition
• In the original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items:

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Any worn footwear, including specialized safety gear (Men’s Snake Proof Boots, Men’s Winter Insulated Boots, Women’s Steel Toe Work Boots)
• Personalized or custom-made Western Gifts
• Items marked “Final Sale” (unless defective)

Return Process:

1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected]
2. Wait for instructions and a Returns Authorization Number

4. Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days

Refunds:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. After we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing, plus 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges:

For size exchanges, we cover standard shipping costs for the new item(s), subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
