Shipping Information
We ship globally, excluding Asia and some remote areas. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Below are our shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery time is 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee is $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery time is 15-25 business days after shipment.
Note: Delivery times may vary based on location and customs processing. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We offer a 15-day return or exchange window from the date you receive your item(s). To be eligible, items must be:
- In original, unused condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected]. Use the provided template below to include all necessary details.
- Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Do not ship items without this number.
- Ship the Item(s): Pack the unused item(s) securely in the original box and mail to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days.

Timing: After we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Once processed, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping costs for the new item(s).
Exchanges
If you need a different size, we gladly exchange your item, subject to availability. We will ship the new item(s) via standard shipping (DHL/FedEx) once the return is processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
