Our Policy

We offer a 15-day return or exchange window from the date you receive your item(s). To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Please Note: For the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns on any worn footwear. This is especially critical for specialized safety gear like Women’s Steel Toe Work Boots and protective equipment like Men’s Snake Proof Boots, which must remain in pristine condition to ensure their protective integrity for the next wearer.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange process:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected]. Use the template below to ensure you provide all the necessary information.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and specific shipping instructions. Please do not send anything back without this number.
  3. Ship the Item(s): Carefully pack the unused item(s) in their original box and mail them to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days.

Refunds

Timing: After we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process it. Once processed, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to be officially posted to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal), depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item(s).

Exchanges

If you need a different size, we will happily exchange your item. Exchanges are subject to product availability. We will ship your new item(s) via our standard shipping method (DHL/FedEx) once the return is processed.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the safety and integrity of our specialized products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Any worn footwear (including Men’s Snake Proof Boots, Men’s Winter Insulated Boots, and Women’s Steel Toe Work Boots).
  • Personalized or custom-made Western Gifts.
  • Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take pride in our quality control. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will swiftly arrange a replacement or full refund, including covering return shipping costs.
